Police still seeking suspects in theft of Millstone school equipment

MILLSTONE – The New Jersey State Police is continuing to search for suspects in connection with the theft of equipment from a Millstone Township K-8 School District building.

The theft took place on Aug. 1 at a school district garage/storage building on Schoolhouse Road, which is where the Millstone Township Primary School is located. The theft occurred during the nighttime hours.

According to school district Business Administrator Bernard Biesiada, forcible entry was made to the garage/storage building. The suspects stole equipment and tools, including mowers, from the building.

As of Aug. 25, no arrests had been made in connection with the theft of the equipment.

Anyone with information and/or leads concerning the theft is being asked to contact the Hamilton Township barracks of the New Jersey State Police at 609-584-5000.

Millstone Township does not have its own municipal police force. Police services are provided by the New Jersey State Police.

The Millstone Township School District includes the Millstone Township Primary School, the Millstone Township Elementary School and the Millstone Township Middle School.
