Storm related road closures will be communicated via Hillsborough’s Emergency Alerting System (Swift91). To sign up to receive such alerts, visit the township website and subscribe to the Police Alerts. Do not use social media to report issues as they are not monitored or updated.
As of 4 p.m. Aug. 6, the following roads are closed due to the storm:
- Blackpoint Road at Amwell
- Longhill Road
- Montgomery Road
- Westbound Camplain Road
- River Road and Roycefield Road
- Millstone River Road from Strawberry to Amsterdam
- Franklin Drive
- Magda Lane
- E Mountain Road between Amwell and Mountainview
- South Triangle Road remains closed for utility work from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for several weeks
Follow posted detours and exercise caution while traveling through these areas. Expect delays.
