The North Edison Public Library will host a program called “MyPlate for Your Cart” by Lauren Faiella, a dietitian and in-store nutrition expert at Shoprite in Clark, at 7 p.m. on Aug. 19 at the library, 777 Grove Ave., Edison.
Faiella will discuss basic balanced nutrition using the MyPlate model and present tips for shopping for healthy choice in the supermarket. Other healthy lifestyle tips will be discussed and nutritious samples will be given out
