HILLSBOROUGH: Snow threat cancels clinic 

In anticipation of a snowstorm, the township health department has cancelled its free rabies clinic for dogs and cats planned for Saturday at the Department of Public Works garage, 21 E. Mountain Road.
The clinic was rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 30, 10 a.m. to noon.
All dogs need to be licensed by Feb. 28. When applying, proof of rabies vaccine valid through October 2016 must be provided. 
